Drew & Hannah | Dexter's Inn Wedding Preview

Drew & Hannah recently had the most spectacular fall wedding in the Sunapee region of New Hampshire. Although there was a little mist in the air, the soft blanket of clouds overhead and a landscape full of fall colors made for a very nice outdoor ceremony overlooking what I would assert to be peak foliage.

Weather aside, I think it’s worth pointing out the shenanigans Drew and the groomsmen had with the Nerf guns before the ceremony. What a groomsmen gift! Are you ever too old to enjoy Nerf? No way.

Perhaps the most salient personal touch from Drew & Hannah’s wedding was how they incorporated their Fraternity and Sorority traditions into their wedding day. From the Alpha Phi pins from her Sisters on Hannah’s bouquet, to the songs sung by Drew and his Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE) brothers down on one knee, to the song sung by Hannah’s sisters. It was something I had not seen before and it was certainly a very special site to see. I love traditions!

Also, I love how they named their signature drinks after their pups. “The Leia” was whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup, with an orange peel and cherry garnish. “The Lily” was tequila, OJ, and grenadine, with an orange peel garnish. I met Leia at their engagement session back in 2019, so that was fun to see.

Oh, and the fact they saved Magnum champagne bottles for their End of the Night Shot… that was cool.
